
Rosalyn Foo is a Clinical Registrar who completed a Masters in Clinical Psychology and Bachelor of Psychology with Honours at Griffith University. She is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Rosalyn enjoys working with a wide range of problems across the lifespan including anxiety, depression, behavioural and emotional regulation issues, self-esteem, grief and adjustment, and difficulties resulting from trauma. She also has training in comprehensive cognitive and educational assessments.
Rosalyn is experienced working in hospital settings, within schools and in private practice. She operates from various evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
Rosalyn is compassionate, curious and respectful, and works collaboratively with her clients. She is passionate about helping her clients gain self-awareness and insight to improve their psychological wellbeing and live a meaningful life.
