
Stacey Howes qualified as a psychologist in New Zealand in 2018. She has experience working with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds presenting with post-traumatic problems, substance misuse, anxiety, and depression.
Stacey’s areas of work have included schools, care support homes, and vocational services. She has also worked extensively in forensic settings engaging with adults under compulsory rehabilitative care and support orders as well as male adults considered to be at high risk.
Stacey is passionate about working collaboratively with people to increase psychological flexibility including emotion regulation and managing unhelpful thinking patterns.
